What if we can imagine a better world? A better self? A better life? A better story?

What if, in allowing ourselves to imagine, we DO create a better world, a better self, a better life, a better story?

And what if, in doing so, we help heal the world, ourselves, our lives, and our stories?

What You'll Experience in this 2-Day Workshop:

Remember Your Big Vision

What is your biggest vision for your life? In this workshop, Christine & Sarah will lead you through four questions designed to reconnect you to your vision and help you take steps that move you toward that vision.

Break Through Limiting Beliefs

Whether we're conscious of them or not, all of us carry beliefs about what's possible. How do these beliefs limit us? How can we shift them? In this workshop. Christine & Sarah will help you release what doesn't belong to you anymore (and maybe never did).

Generate Antidotes to Negative Self Talk

What if the voices inside our head were actually cheering for us? Christine & Sarah will help you identify the sentences running through your head that block your creativity, and they will help you create antidotes to set you free.

Reconnect with Your Own Power

What if you're more powerful than you know? In this workshop, Christine & Sarah will help you explore and claim the strength that lives inside you.

Discover the Magic of Generative Writing

Generative writing is a practice of welcoming first thoughts without judgments. It's about learning to trust ourselves and our ideas.

Unleash Your Imagination

Christine & Sarah both use imagination in their writing and teaching to support people to live expansively. In this workshop, they will help you imagine a new story for your life.

For 20 years, Sarah has been helping writers break through the limiting beliefs that impact our creative lives as artists.

Through her workshops in self-talk, Christine helps people break through the limiting beliefs that impact the stories of their personal lives.

Together, they are joining forces to create a new kind of workshop, serving to unleash the stories we all want for our books and the narratives of our lives.

Whether you consider yourself "a writer" or you are a person who journals (or wants to and struggles), we are all storytellers, and often the stories we tell ourselves are filled with doubt and judgment, sabotaging our creativity. This workshop will provide multiple tools and ideas for our to get out of our own way so that we can use our imagination to rethink and rewrite the stories we want to tell.

Let's write a new story together.

Meet Christine D'Ercole

Christine D’Ercole is a writer, speaker, competitive cyclist and the founder of Wordshop™, a workshop in self-talk. Her work focuses on the profound impact of self-talk on our mental health.

Through storytelling and interactive journaling, Christine provides practical and powerful tools for navigating the terrain of deprecatory self-talk. By changing the words we use we can reroute the mapping of our minds and create new neural paths and possibilities for the story of our lives.

Additionally, she is the founder of Wordswork™, an immersive Wordshop retreat experience, taking a deeper dive into the ways we can make our words work for us.

Self-talk impacts every facet of our lives, often blocking us from realizing our potential. Christine quickly puts participants at ease, creating a comfortable space for abject honesty.

When she’s not writing or speaking, Christine is racing her bike. She is a Masters World Champion and holds multiple Masters National titles.

As one of the original Peloton cycling instructors her classes are rooted in the science of cycling and the power of self-talk. Her unique style of mindful motivation inspires members of the Peloton community, reaching thousands of devoted riders every day. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
